Carluccio’s E–Commerce Website Goes Live!

WPM is delighted to announce the release of the new Carluccio’s website. Carluccio’s, founded by internationally renowned chef Antonio Carluccio, brings a touch of the true Italian food experience through its series of caffés with integrated food shops.

Carluccio’s already had a website presence, but wanted to refresh and modernise it as well as integrate it with it’s other systems. Carluccio’s also wanted to enhance the on–line shopping experience and engaged WPM to help them do this.

One of the primary aim’s of the site is to drive footfall to Carluccio’s 29 caffés throughout the UK. The site has a convenient store locator and provides information on the latest store events and sampling sessions.

Another key aim was to improve the online shopping experience for the customer. With the emphasis on true Italian ingredients and flavours the site design showcases the products more clearly and allows shoppers to view and search by product group or by regional area.The site also implements intelligent cross–selling and serving recommendations to compliment the products the customer is viewing.

To keep customers up to date with their latest products and caffé events Carluccio’s are using WPM’s email marketing system, WEBEMS.
