Letts

The Letts name has been synonymous with diaries ever since John Letts created the world’s first commercial diary in 1812 and today they are the leading manufacturer of diaries in the UK.

This fully functional e–commerce site allows customers to peruse the range of diaries through preference of sizes, style, application and format. The site also features a range of tailored corporate gifts, as well as exclusive diary ranges for the Financial Times and The Economist. The original objective for the site redesign by WPM was to improve the user experience and raise sales conversions. This has been achieved with sales turnover through the site growing year on year.
